Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Utilize the text message waiting system to check in guests
- Seat guests efficiently to maximize table turnover and reduce wait times
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to coordinate seating
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
- Assist with other job-related duties as assigned by a supervisor
