Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Ability to walk or stand 100 per cent of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Basic knowledge of computer or kiosk operations
  • Ability to stand and move for long periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
  • Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
  • Assess guest demeanor and report issues to a manager
  • Provide a welcoming experience to all guests
  • Greet, guide and direct guests as they enter
  • Manage flow from front doors efficiently
  • Maintain thorough understanding of promotions and offerings
  • Assist guests with self-serve kiosks
  • Support host team as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with team
  • Effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm
  • Read and communicate clearly in English
  • Listen to guests' needs and communicate effectively
  • Maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
