Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100 per cent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of computer or kiosk operations
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and report issues to a manager
- Provide a welcoming experience to all guests
- Greet, guide and direct guests as they enter
- Manage flow from front doors efficiently
- Maintain thorough understanding of promotions and offerings
- Assist guests with self-serve kiosks
- Support host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team
- Effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm
- Read and communicate clearly in English
- Listen to guests' needs and communicate effectively
- Maintain proper dress code and professional appearance
