- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify manager of behavioral issues
- provide a welcoming experience to all guests
- greet, guide, and direct guests entering the building
- maintain knowledge of promotions and offerings
- assist guests with self-serve kiosks
- support host team as needed
- ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships
- effectively communicate with guests
- articulate clear greetings and farewells in English
- listen and respond to guest needs
- adhere to dress code
- comply with age requirement of at least 18 years old
