Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- No previous experience required but preferred
- Ability to stand constantly and walk constantly
- Ability to lift and carry 11-20 lbs constantly and 21-50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to push/pull weights between 10-40 lbs frequently
- Ability to climb stairs frequently
- Must pass all training tests with a score of 90% or higher
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including non-slip shoes
- Must report to work as scheduled and on time
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety policies and ability to safely handle equipment
- Strong active listening and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions from supervisors and computer-generated tickets

Job Duties
- Assist guests in making reservations using reservation book or Open Table system
- Assist servers in assigning tables based on reservation size, time, and availability
- Inform manager on duty of guest allergies according to protocol
- Answer questions about restaurant hours, menu, and guest requests
- Seat guests correctly and provide necessary supplies
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Organize and manage restaurant wait list and operate electronic pager system
- Perform restroom checks and maintain cleanliness of greeter workstations
- Learn server names and seating sections to rotate seating effectively
- Report to work on time and follow attendance policies
- Follow safety and food safety guidelines
