Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • able to read and write handwritten notes
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • able to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience helpful
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in English for communicating with guests and team members
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn self-serve kiosks
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
  • assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
  • provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest
  • greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter our building
  • manage flow from the front doors, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed
  • maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, etc., and be able to answer questions regarding our games and other activities
  • assist guests with utilizing our self-serve kiosks for things like purchasing Power Cards, adding themselves to the waitlist, or reserving Social Bays
  • work as additional support for the host team as needed
  • ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
  • assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
  • be skilled in effectively communicating with guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
  • be able to read and communicate in English, articulating clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests
  • listen to hear guests’ needs, and then communicate with guests verbally and with other team members
  • dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
  • be at least 18 years of age
