Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to read and communicate in English
- skilled in effectively communicating with guests
- able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests
- able to listen to guests’ needs and communicate them verbally and with other team members
- friendly and able to smile frequently
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest
- greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building
- maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions and power card offerings
- assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks for purchasing power cards, adding to waitlists, or reserving social bays
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- dress in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
