Job Duties
- Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image with appropriate apparel including green logo shirt for Bass Pro Shops or tan logo shirt for Cabela’s
- Check in all customers’ merchandise for return
- Check in all vendor representatives and manage visitor badges
- Inform customers about special events, sales, or promotions and distribute promotional materials
- Ensure entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe
- Assist with customer check-in of firearms/weapons by notifying trained Outfitter without handling firearms
- Perform all other duties as assigned
