Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to read and communicate in English
- able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests
- skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest
- greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter our building
- maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, power card offerings, etc., and answer questions regarding our games and other activities
- assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks for purchasing power cards, adding themselves to waitlist, or reserving social bays where applicable
- work as additional support for the host team as needed
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with other company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
- read and communicate in English clearly
- listen to guests’ needs and communicate verbally and with other team members
- dress in proper dress code, neat, clean, and professional at all times
