Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- Willingness to reach, bend and stoop frequently

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest, must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building, managing flow efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, and answer related questions
- Assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks for purchasing Power Cards, adding to waitlist, or reserving social bays
- Work as additional support for the host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Maintain favorable working relationships with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster’s experience
- Read and communicate clearly in English
- Listen to guests’ needs and communicate verbally and with team members
- Dress according to proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional
- Must be at least 18 years of age
