Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest and be friendly and able to smile frequently
- greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building and manage flow from the front doors efficiently
- maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, and answer questions regarding games and activities
- assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks for purchasing Power Cards, adding themselves to the waitlist, or reserving Social Bays
- work as additional support for the host team as needed
- ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members
- be skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster’s experience
- read and communicate in English clearly
- listen to hear guests’ needs and communicate verbally and with other team members
- dress in proper dress code requirements and look neat, clean and professional at all times
- be at least 18 years of age
