Job Qualifications

- previous customer service experience beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- comfortable using technology such as self-serve kiosks
- ability to stand for long periods

- ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- assess guest demeanor and inform management of any concerns
- provide a welcoming experience with frequent smiles and friendly attitude
- greet, guide and direct guests entering the building and manage guest flow
- maintain thorough knowledge of promotions and games to answer guest questions
- assist guests with self-serve kiosks for purchasing and reservations
- support host team as needed
- ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- assist other team members as business dictates
- maintain favorable working relationships with all team members
- communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the experience
- articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells
- listen to guest needs and communicate with guests and team members
- follow dress code and maintain neat, professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
