Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Skilled in effective communication with guests
- Ability to read and write clearly in English
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor
- Experience working in customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable with fast-paced and noisy work environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and assist team members
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest by being friendly and smiling frequently
- Greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building
- Manage flow from the front doors, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed
- Maintain thorough understanding of current promotions, Power Card offerings, and answer questions regarding games and activities
- Assist guests with self-serve kiosks for purchasing Power Cards, adding to waitlist, or reserving social bays
- Work as additional support for the host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area and front doors
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationship with team members to foster cooperative, harmonious working climate and high morale
- Communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm about Dave & Buster’s experience
- Read and communicate in English clearly with guests
- Listen to guests’ needs and communicate with team members verbally
- Dress in proper dress code, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
