Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings and requests
- Must wear proper dress code and maintain professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable in fast-paced, noisy environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to remain standing and active throughout shifts
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when manager attention is needed
- Provide a welcoming experience to every guest with frequent smiles
- Greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building
- Maintain thorough understanding of promotions and answer questions about games and activities
- Assist guests with self-serve kiosks for purchasing and reservations
- Support the host team as needed
- Ensure lobby and front door areas are clean and organized
- Assist other team members as business dictates
- Maintain favorable working relationships to promote cooperative and harmonious working climate
- Effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the experience
- Read and communicate in English clearly
- Listen and respond to guests’ needs
- Dress according to the company dress code
- Must be at least 18 years of age
