Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must comply with dress code and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer or kiosk usage helpful
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or significant matters promptly
- Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and report when needed
- Provide a welcoming experience to all guests and smile frequently
- Greet, guide, and direct guests upon entry and manage flow efficiently
- Maintain thorough understanding of current promotions and answer guest questions
- Assist guests with self-serve kiosks for power cards, waitlist, or bay reservations
- Support host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the experience
- Read and communicate clearly in English
- Dress according to dress code
