Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer or kiosk usage helpful
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or significant matters promptly
  • Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures
  • Assess guest demeanor and report when needed
  • Provide a welcoming experience to all guests and smile frequently
  • Greet, guide, and direct guests upon entry and manage flow efficiently
  • Maintain thorough understanding of current promotions and answer guest questions
  • Assist guests with self-serve kiosks for power cards, waitlist, or bay reservations
  • Support host team as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby area
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the experience
  • Read and communicate clearly in English
  • Dress according to dress code
