Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

- Basic computer skills for using self-serve kiosks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Provide a welcoming experience to each and every guest, be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Greet, guide, and direct all guests as they enter the building, manage flow from the front doors efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all current promotions, Power Card offerings, etc., and answer questions regarding games and other activities
- Assist guests with utilizing self-serve kiosks for purchasing Power Cards, adding to waitlist or reserving Social Bays where applicable
- Work as additional support for the host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lobby area and front doors
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness
- Skillfully communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm about the Dave & Buster's experience
- Read and communicate in English clearly, articulate greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests
- Listen to hear guests’ needs and communicate verbally with guests and team members
- Dress in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
- Be at least 18 years of age
