Job Requirements
- ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance including minimal jewelry and well-groomed hair
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the role
- excellent verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- genuine friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet guests, escort them to their table, and present menus
- keep the host stand clean and organized at all times
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room, entryway, bathrooms, and menus
- communicate accurate wait times to guests and manage wait lists effectively
- keep count for individual servers to ensure fairness
- answer all phone calls promptly and process to-go orders
- assist with food running and bussing when appropriate
- thank departing guests and invite them back
