Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Abide by company dress code
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read and communicate in English clearly
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand and move for long periods
- Basic understanding of technology for self-serve kiosks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and alert management as needed
- Provide a friendly welcoming experience to all guests
- Greet, guide, and direct guests entering the building
- Maintain thorough knowledge of promotions and offerings
- Assist guests with self-serve kiosks and waitlists
- Support host team as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance
- Assist other team members as required
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the experience
- Dress according to dress code and maintain professional appearance
