Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend and stoop frequently
  • Abide by company dress code
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of technology for self-serve kiosks
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
  • Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • Adhere to company sanitation procedures
  • Assess guest demeanor and alert management as needed
  • Provide a friendly welcoming experience to all guests
  • Greet, guide, and direct guests entering the building
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of promotions and offerings
  • Assist guests with self-serve kiosks and waitlists
  • Support host team as needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance
  • Assist other team members as required
  • Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm about the experience
  • Dress according to dress code and maintain professional appearance
