Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older per applicable laws
- ability to provide excellent guest service
- strong time management skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- willing to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and enthusiastic personality
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- manage waitlists effectively
- seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
- provide superior guest service
- maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
- assist with guest inquiries and special requests
- ensure smooth flow of guests during peak hours
