Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- strong phone and customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliability and punctuality to scheduled shifts
- proficiency with computer and internet applications

- highly professional and dependable
- high school diploma or GED required
- previous retail and/or customer service experience, preferred
- excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- excellent telephone skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Job Duties
- greet all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner
- answer dealership group phones and directs calls as necessary
- accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
- coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
