Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • strong phone and customer service skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliability and punctuality to scheduled shifts
  • proficiency with computer and internet applications

  • highly professional and dependable
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • previous retail and/or customer service experience, preferred
  • excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • excellent telephone skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills

  • strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties

  • greet all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner
  • answer dealership group phones and directs calls as necessary
  • accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
  • coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
  • performs other duties as assigned
