Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred
  • Strong phone skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Ability to be prompt and attentive to scheduled shift

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner
  • Answer dealership group phones and direct calls as necessary
  • Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate department personnel
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Address customer concerns and issues or escalate them as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
