Job Requirements
- Prior food service experience desired
- Possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Knowledge of menu and bar items
- Ability to learn and use telephone and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel service standards and guest relations
- Familiarity with POS and telephone systems used in hotel settings
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to expedite food orders
- Serve food to guests ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation standards before delivery
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization
- Communicate guest requests and special dietary needs to kitchen staff
- Monitor dining room for guest needs and respond promptly
- Support team members during peak service times
