Job Duties
- Work closely with the kitchen to expedite and serve food to guests
- Ensure dishes move from kitchen to dining room in a smooth and timely manner
- Check that all orders meet presentation standards and guest requests
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to guests
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and bar items to assist guest inquiries
- Support dining room staff to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- Use telephone and POS systems to process orders accurately
