Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
no prior experience necessary but customer service or sales experience is a plus
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to work Monday through Friday with specified hours
reliable and punctual
basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

check and respond to customer emails and voicemails with care
offer solutions to meet customers' lawn and landscape needs
identify sales opportunities for services
build and maintain long-term customer relationships
process small amounts of mail daily
reconnect with customers during winter months to prepare for the season
engage in sales conversations and confidently ask for the sale
