Job Requirements
- Must have open availability
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Ability to interact in a positive demeanor under pressure
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating levels of customer service requests
- Physical ability to frequently stand at stationary customer service windows
- Use staircase several times per day
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Ability to give and receive detailed information verbally
- Ability to verbally express or exchange ideas accurately and quickly
- Ability to work with fingers constantly
- Ability to perform repetitive movement of wrists, hands or fingers
- Ability to walk or move about often
- Ability to stand or sit for sustained periods occasionally
- Ability to raise objects occasionally
- Ability to stoop occasionally
- Ability to crouch infrequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within a two year period
- Basic math knowledge
- Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians is a drug free workplace
- All employees are subject to a pre employment drug screen
- Must successfully pass a background check
Job Duties
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a friendly environment
- Assisting customers at the register accurately and efficiently
- Checking ID for all age restricted sales
- Maintaining an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Communicating customer requests to management
- Maintaining an orderly and well stocked work area
