Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working graveyard shifts
- Strong English communication skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capability to lift and carry heavy trays and orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 6:30 AM
Job Qualifications
- Previous graveyard shift experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English including reading, speaking, and writing
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Experience in handling guest orders and special requests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Take and communicate orders from guests and respond to special requests
- Set tables and trays according to the type of food ordered and service standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the department
- Accurately record, pre-check and pick up all food and beverage orders
- Serve guests food and beverage in a prompt, courteous manner as per standard sequence of service
- Present physical and accurate checks to guests and complete the payment process
- Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage items, specifications, prices, recipes, and style of service
- Perform other assigned reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
