Job Requirements

  • current student in good standing in an accredited college or university
  • enrolled in graphic arts, graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
  • minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience
  • exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • expertise with marketing content creation tools such as Canva
  • proven social media skills on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • current student in good standing in an accredited college or university with a major in graphic arts, graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience
  • exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • expertise with marketing content creation tools such as Canva
  • proven social media skills on platforms including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • intermediate or higher technical proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience with video creation and editing tools preferred
  • experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred
  • HubSpot familiarity preferred
  • web design and SEO strategy experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • use Adobe Illustrator, Canva, MS PowerPoint, and other software programs to design marketing materials
  • create campaigns using HubSpot
  • assist with marketing and training event planning, communications, and execution
  • update client-facing websites
  • assemble business development materials
  • help manage social media accounts
  • write and publish social media posts
  • contribute to marketing planning and strategy
  • take part in marketing workshops or training
  • update contact lists
  • attend RCHR staff meetings when requested
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • maintain regular and punctual attendance
