Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail or event promotions environment
  • Previous event coordination or concert production experience
  • Knowledge of local market including bands, venues, and events
  • Experience with promotions, social media, and ticketing software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, or early morning hours
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations in retail or event promotions
  • Previous event coordination or concert production experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local market bands, venues, and events preferred
  • Experience with promotions, social media, and ticketing software preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, or early mornings as needed
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check

Job Duties

  • Manage and plan yearly calendar with concerts and live music events
  • Collaborate with the Grandscape Events Marketing team
  • Work with the Grandscape Booking Manager to schedule live music events and ensure timely bookings
  • Update event calendars and participate in biweekly scheduling calls
  • Research and collect promotional assets for concerts
  • Post promotional content on Grandscape website and social media channels
  • Collaborate with marketing on concert promotion strategies including social media and sponsorships
  • Coordinate live stage entertainment bookings for events
