  • college degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • must possess a valid passport with the ability to travel freely to all international destinations served
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check

  • ability to complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations
  • manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies including first aid, CPR, and AED use
  • collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
  • deliver exceptional customer service in all cabins
  • provide sophisticated meal and beverage services
  • anticipate customer needs
  • resolve conflicts and manage special passenger requests
  • work with diverse crews, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth flight operations and on-time departures
