Job Duties
- Greet each guest warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant
- Provide assistance with seating arrangements and manage reservations
- Maintain an organized and accurate seating chart
- Ensure guests are seated in a timely manner and according to server rotation
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of guests throughout the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance, host/hostess stand, and waiting area
- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant services
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Treat all co-workers with respect
- Lead by example every day and follow all other critical policies, including integrity, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
