Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handlers permit and OLCC/WA liquor license
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks including long periods on feet, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting
- ability to work in smoking and non-smoking environments
- ability to accurately handle cash and operate POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of wine and spirits preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve food
- Pour and serve beer, wine, and spirits
- operate a cash register and/or POS system
- wait on and buss tables
- do dishes
- restock supplies
- perform general cleaning
- complete shift-end paperwork
- maintain customer relations
- handle all cashiering duties
- follow drink specs and recipes
- work on feet for long periods
- safely practice heavy lifting with assistance
- communicate clearly and positively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
- work with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
- complete miscellaneous side work as directed
