Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers permit and OLCC/WA liquor license
  • flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to perform physical tasks including long periods on feet, lifting, bending, stooping, twisting
  • ability to work in smoking and non-smoking environments
  • ability to accurately handle cash and operate POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • knowledge of wine and spirits preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Serve food
  • Pour and serve beer, wine, and spirits
  • operate a cash register and/or POS system
  • wait on and buss tables
  • do dishes
  • restock supplies
  • perform general cleaning
  • complete shift-end paperwork
  • maintain customer relations
  • handle all cashiering duties
  • follow drink specs and recipes
  • work on feet for long periods
  • safely practice heavy lifting with assistance
  • communicate clearly and positively with co-workers, managers, vendors, and customers
  • work with cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
  • complete miscellaneous side work as directed
