Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Opera and Colleague Advantage software preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- AZ Food Handlers License
Job Duties
- Provide VIP-level service to guests when entering or departing the lounge
- Ensure the food and beverage offerings are set up and refilled throughout the day
- Clear and clean tables in the lounge throughout the day
- Participate in Grand Club activations
- Support the front desk with stay requests such as late checkouts
- Engage with guests to answer questions and make reservations or recommendations
- Maintain a welcoming and refreshed lounge environment
