Job Duties
- Provide VIP-level service to guests when entering/departing the lounge
- Ensure the food and beverage offerings are set up and refilled throughout the day
- Clear and clean tables in the lounge throughout the day
- Participate in Grand Club activations
- Support the front desk with stay requests such as late checkouts
- Answer guest questions and make reservations or recommendations
- Engage in casual conversations and fulfill special requests
