Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business levels including weekends and holidays
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

- Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a relaxed environment
- Basic computer skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Opera, Colleague Advantage, and Excel software preferred
- AZ Food Handlers License preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide VIP-level service to guests when entering or departing the lounge
- Ensure the food and beverage offerings are set up and refilled throughout the day
- Clear and clean tables in the lounge throughout the day
- Participate in Grand Club activations
- Support the front desk with stay requests such as late checkouts
- Engage in casual conversation with guests
- Attend to special guest requests
