- Refreshing the lounge to maintain cleanliness and appeal
- Answering guest questions and providing accurate information
- Making reservations and offering personalized recommendations
- Engaging in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- Indulging special guest requests with professionalism
- Managing lounge amenities including food, beverages, periodicals, and technology
- Ensuring a welcoming and relaxed environment for VIP and frequent stay members
