Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to operate glassware washing machine and refill ice and beer bins
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and oral
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including holidays nights and weekends
  • Ability to push pull and lift or carry 50lbs or less frequently
  • Must have basic skills in reading math and writing
  • Ability to stand walk reach bend kneel and balance frequently during shift
  • Ability to maintain visual acuity including distance depth perception field and color vision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexible to work part time hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and ability to identify menu products
  • Ability to operate glassware washing machine and refill ice and beer bins
  • Knowledge of dish room procedures including separating silverware dishes and glassware
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and oral
  • Ability in simple reading math writing and task completion
  • Skills in compiling coordination following instructions influencing memorization problem solving judgment and decision making
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays nights and weekends
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Any combination of education training or experience that provides required knowledge skills and abilities

Job Duties

  • Promptly welcome all guests and ensure they receive responsive professional and gracious service
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately with urgency
  • Communicate effectively with management chefs and culinary staff to address guest and team needs
  • Clear tables after guests leave and clean seating areas thoroughly
  • Assist servers in pre-busing and busing tables by clearing and wiping tabletops chairs and booths and setting tables
  • Help set up to-go pickup area and deliver to-go orders to host desk
  • Refill beverages as necessary
  • Set and reset tables and side stations before during and after service periods
  • Deliver food orders to tables
  • Ensure all machines are cleaned properly
  • Fold and roll napkins and keep silverware polished
  • Reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and learn new menu items
  • Assist kitchen in expediting service process to maintain flow
  • Maintain general cleanliness in dining room during service
  • Take compile deliver and put away warehouse orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned within scope
