Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to pass a culinary knowledge test
- Ability to prepare, read, and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Ability to qualify for licenses or permits required by law
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds
- Must have specific vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in noisy environments

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors
- Cook and prepare food products including cutting, trimming, chopping, slicing, cooking, sautéing, grilling, frying, broiling, baking, and steaming
- Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
- Maintain freshness of food and beverage items by rotating items and maintaining appropriate temperatures
- Stock supplies and products as needed for current and next shifts
- Follow company procedures for preparing recipes and products
- Prepare, display or serve food and beverage products according to chef’s standards
- Prepare station for service according to business levels
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize all working areas and equipment
- Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues as needed
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings
- Complete and submit reports as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform job duties in a safe and responsible manner
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
- Perform any job duty needed to promote productivity or as requested by supervisor or management
