Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- frequently talk or hear
- frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- ability to push, pull, drag and/or lift 165 pound keg up to 6 inches off the ground

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service
- retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area
- retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations
- maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash
- fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes
- prepare tables for guests including removal of dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins
- take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times
- remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas
- greet, welcome, and thank guests appropriately
- may at times, assist with seating and hosting duties
- attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel
