Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, drag and/or lift 165 pound keg up to 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- Ability to perform job duties in a safe and responsible manner

Job Duties
- Provide stellar customer service
- Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area
- Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations
- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc
- Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes
- Prepare tables for guests including removal of any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins
- Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times
- Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas
- Greet, welcome and thank guests appropriately
- Assist with seating and hosting duties at times
- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
- Perform any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel
