Job Duties
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of educational and outreach events such as summer pre-college programs, workshops, lab tours, and community sessions
- Develop educational materials including presentations, handouts, lab-tour guides, and curricula outlines
- Maintain records including participant lists, scheduling, communication with faculty and partners, outreach contacts, and programming calendars
- Assist with correspondence, email follow-ups, and coordination between EARTH, faculty, participants, departments, and vendors
- Support social-media, website, and newsletter updates on outreach events and education milestones
- Document events and program outcomes through photos, attendance, and feedback surveys
- Participate during outreach events interacting with students, parents, and educators providing support and guidance
- Assist mentorship programming by graduate students in summer programs
