Job Requirements
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree
- Enrollment in a graduate-degree seeking program at the University of Arkansas
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team
- Proficiency with computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
- Criminal background check
- Sex offender registry check
- Ability to attend 20 hours per week mostly during daytime
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
- Reliable and non-disruptive attendance
Job Qualifications
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Successful enrollment in a graduate-degree seeking program at the University of Arkansas
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
- Preferred undergraduate experience in event planning, student staff training and development, and student organization leadership
- Preferred graduate academic programs include M.Ed. in Higher Education, Ed.D. in Education, Ed.S. in Education, M.S. in Marketing, and M.Ed. in Adult Education
Job Duties
- Support professional staff in planning, implementing and assessing parent and family programs and services
- Assist in the execution of large-scale events including family weekend, homecoming, tailgates, regional outreach events and graduation ceremonies
- Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Facilitate small and large group sessions effectively
- Provide strong customer service to diverse constituents
- Complete administrative tasks with proficiency and attention to detail
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and uphold collegial working relationships
