DeSales University is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts institution located in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Bachelor's degree
acceptance and enrollment in a graduate program at DeSales University
available to work on site minimum 20 hours per week including evenings
experience coaching or team management
competitive esports experience preferred
ability to manage Discord server
effective communication skills
ability to manage schedules and budgets
ability to develop team strategies
capability to maintain gaming lab equipment
understanding of ethical conduct
ability to lift 40 lbs
ability to bend to access cables
travel readiness for competitions up to twice per academic year
valid driver's license with clean record
dedication to mission of Catholic liberal arts institution

Job Qualifications

Ba/bs required
masters preferred
equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered
acceptance to, and continued enrollment in a DeSales University graduate program required
experience coaching or in team management especially with college-aged students
preference to applicants with competitive experience in esports titles especially League of Legends, VALORANT, or Overwatch
ability to respond and manage Discord server
ability to communicate effectively and work with the program director
ability to manage schedules, budgets, and software/hardware
ability to develop and assess team strategies to lead players to success in competition and academics
ability to provide general maintenance and management to gaming computer lab
understanding of ethical behavior
dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
