Job Duties
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members
- being flexible to work in different areas as needed
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning future productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- using technology for ordering merchandise, production decisions, receiving orders, training, and quality assurance
- stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensuring quality control and eliminating waste
- providing excellent member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assisting members with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise
- resolving member issues and concerns
- acting as a brand advocate and fostering a respectful, supportive team environment
- complying with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and other partners
- adapting to change and feedback
