Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- willingness to work flexible schedules
- physical ability to perform food preparation and cleaning tasks
- adherence to company policies and ethical standards
- no drug or alcohol usage as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to adapt quickly to changes
- familiarity with digital tools and inventory systems advantageous
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members and remain flexible to business needs
- prepare food according to item specifications and plan for production and seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment properly
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and associate engagement
- stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control
- provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchases and concerns
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
