Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation and serving
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- adaptability to changing work environments
- basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- prepare food according to item specifications and mass production requirements
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- stock and rotate merchandise while ensuring quality and date control
- provide excellent member service by acknowledging and assisting members
- maintain a clean and sanitized member-ready area
