Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- food handler certification preferred
- experience in food service or retail preferred

Job Duties
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members
- preparing food according to item specifications
- understanding and planning for future and mass productions and seasonality
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilizing handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality
- driving area performance including stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality and date control standards
- eliminating waste
- providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- being a brand advocate and influencing team-oriented respectful work styles
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completing work assignments and priorities using policies and data
- collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners
- adapting to change and learning from feedback
