Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successfully complete all required job training and assessments
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry food products and supplies
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- food handler certification preferred
- willing to comply with all company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicate effectively with the members of the team
- be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas
- prepare food according to item specifications
- understand and plan for future productions and mass productions
- prepare for seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution
- leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- utilize hand held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
- adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
- drive the performance of the area
- stock and rotate merchandise
- ensure quality and date control standards
- eliminate waste
- provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types
