Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
successfully complete all required job training and assessments
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift and carry food products and supplies
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
food handler certification preferred
willing to comply with all company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
communicate effectively with the members of the team
be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas
prepare food according to item specifications
understand and plan for future productions and mass productions
prepare for seasonality
adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution
leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
utilize hand held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
drive the performance of the area
stock and rotate merchandise
ensure quality and date control standards
eliminate waste
provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
assist members with purchasing decisions and payment types
locate merchandise
resolve member issues and concerns
be a brand advocate
develop, influence and inspire others in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented manner
comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
