Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments
compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
capability to operate and maintain food service equipment
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
food handler certification (food safety) preferred
experience with fresh food preparation
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to adapt to changing work scenarios and embrace new technologies
commitment to high food quality and member satisfaction

Job Duties

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
prepare food according to item specifications and plan for mass production and seasonality
adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control
provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving concerns
utilize handheld technology to support production, ordering, receiving, and quality control
