Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Food safety certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
- Comfort with using digital tools and technology to improve business processes
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work in various operational areas as needed
Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicates effectively with team members and adapts to the needs of the business by working in different areas
- Prepares food according to item specifications
- Plans and manages future and mass productions, including seasonal preparations
- Adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment
- Demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution
- Utilizes digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Drives performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste
- Provides excellent member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns
- Acts as a brand advocate and talent ambassador by developing, influencing, and inspiring others
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Completes assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners while communicating progress and adapting to feedback and change
