Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- basic math and inventory skills
- preferred food handler certification
- no tolerance for illegal drug and alcohol use on job
- adherence to company drug-free workplace policy

Job Duties
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in other areas
- prepare food according to item specifications
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and temperature control
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve customer experience
- stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready café area
- provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchase decisions and resolving concerns
- comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
