Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older
successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace rules
physical ability to lift and carry items as needed

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food preparation or food service preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
basic digital literacy and ability to use handheld technology
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to follow detailed instructions
problem-solving and adaptability skills

Job Duties

maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
communicating effectively with team members
preparing food according to item specifications and understanding future production needs
adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
driving the performance of the café area by stocking and rotating merchandise
ensuring quality and date control standards
providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
assisting members with purchasing decisions
complying with company policies and implementing related action plans
completing work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
adapting to and learning from change and feedback
